DTI is a fast growing provider of custom roll to roll web sputter coating services. Our 75+ years of combined industry and technology experience allows us to produce the highest quality toll sputter coating of flexible substrates. Our web coaters are customized to meet our customers' evolving needs for such high technology industries as energy, displays, security films, medical devices and aerospace.

Sputtering is possibly the most versatile of physical vapor deposition (PVD) technologies. Unlike thermal evaporation, there is no high temperature involved in the sputter deposition process allowing coating on a variety of flexible substrates with virtually any metal, alloy or oxide. In addition to our wide range of standard products (see table below), DTI offers full service contract product development. Our engineering team will work with the customer during the entire product development cycle, from feasibility study, through to full production. DTI's product development facility includes a full production size sputter coater, clean room slitting and rewinding as well as advanced inspection equipment. If required, these assets can also be leased for either short or medium term projects, including support personnel.
